These Terms are entered into with Blue Lake Construction LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Interactive Gates & Security ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Website, requesting an estimate, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Products and Pricing
Interactive Gates & Security sells gate openers, keypads, and hardware for gates and fences, purchased from third-party vendors and resold. We do not manufacture, modify, or inspect these products; packages are shipped directly to customers from vendors without alteration. All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Product prices, shipping fees, and availability are not guaranteed and may vary frequently. Interactive Gates & Security does not make any promises regarding the stability or consistency of pricing.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via the approved methods provided on the Website.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 90 days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times may vary based on location and depend on third-party carrier schedules. Interactive Gates & Security is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or losses due to third-party carriers.
Delivery Issues
- Non-Delivery: If an order does not arrive within 90 days, please notify us to initiate a resolution with the carrier.
- Lost or Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with photographic evidence.
- Incorrect or Missing Parts: Report any missing or incorrect parts within 30 days of receipt for possible assistance.
No Returns or Refunds
Interactive Gates & Security does not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once purchased. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review product specifications and compatibility thoroughly before purchase. Any issues related to product performance or defects must be directed to the manufacturer.
Warranty, Manufacturer Defects, and Liability
- Manufacturer Defects: We do not manufacture or alter these products. Warranty claims for defects should be directed to the manufacturer. Interactive Gates & Security assumes no responsibility for mechanical or operational issues and does not offer additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modifications, or wear and tear.

All products sold on this Website are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, except those required by law. Interactive Gates & Security disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee product performance, durability, or compatibility with customer needs.
Limitation of Liability
Interactive Gates & Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business, arising from the use or inability to use the products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Installation and Use
Our products may require installation by a qualified professional. Interactive Gates & Security is not responsible for any damages arising from self-installation or improper use of products.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WA state. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bellevue.
Changes to Terms
Interactive Gates & Security reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Blue Lake Construction LLC, doing business as Interactive Gates & Security ("we", "us"), operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who provide express written consent.
Types of messages. Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive: (a) non-marketing messages regarding estimate scheduling, appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and service or job-status notifications; and/or (b) marketing messages regarding special offers, discounts, and service updates.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received.
How to opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from us.
Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.interactivegates.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Services and installation. In addition to the product sales terms above, Interactive Gates & Security provides gate, fence and access-control installation, automation, repair and maintenance services. Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Scheduled service visits may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. Contractor services in Washington are performed under Washington Contractor Registration #BLUELLC760C3.
