After I had Several issues with my driveway gate, I looked for a reliable automatic gate expert near me, immediately I called Adam and Interactive Gates & Security. They showed up in 4 hours, Adam diagnosed the gate system and found out it’s need to be replaced. They installed for me a Lift Master gate opener system with extended warranty and membership to their maintenance program. It was a great experience with them!! Appreciate the hard work and quick installation.

My partner and I just got done building our dream home in Sammamish and we needed an automated gate to secure it. After getting 4 bids I chose Interactive Gates & Security -- you're gonna want to give them a ring on your project too, trust me. Of course, the money was right and I liked all the positive reviews they had on Google. Plus, their portfolio of work was really high-end. But more than anything they had really solid customer service. They got back to me FAST! And after I awarded them the job they did their work fast. But not fast sloppy. They're fast organized. The whole experience felt good, and that means a lot to me and my family because getting this house just right has been a big deal for us. Their team finished an automated gate, keypad, remote controls with app in 14 days. Plus, they were actually under my budget even with the name brand LiftMaster equipment. I'm so happy with the custom design they created for us, the combination of iron and wood really fits the aesthetic of the neighborhood. My partner and I love it. Thank you so much to Adam and the team at Interactive Gates & Securities!

We recently worked Interactive Gates & Security to fence in our property which included installation of an automated gate and are absolutely thrilled with the entire experience, from start to finish. From our initial inquiry to the final installation, they were very communicative, took time to educate us on what all needed to happen and how they would approach their side of the project. The final result has completely changed my perspective of our house with the added privacy, security of the yard, and added space for our dog.

What can I say except Adam and his team are unbelievably good! Adam's communication is second to none. Almost always picks up the phone on the first ring and if he can't answer, simply leave a message and he WILL call you right back. His work crew is fantastic and they got the job done! From the first call to the moment I wrote the check, I think the total time to from start to finish was only two weeks! Can't recommend them enough!

Incredibly happy with the work of the Interactive Gates team. Shopping around the electric gate installation market was initially much more challenging than I expected. Representing a large Homeowner's Association here in Bellevue, our main criteria was a reliable, experienced company that would do the job properly. What we got was that and much more. The team was responsive, efficient, and paid tremendous attention to detail. The final product was a durable, high-quality, multi-purpose electric gate that will be used hundreds of times per day and last us decades. If I were to do this all over again, I'd go with these guys from the start and save myself some headache. Great experience.

The team of Interactive Gates & Securities made an AMAZING work for me, installed full automatic gate and gave me 10 years warranty. The price was exactly what I wanted and they finished within 6 days. Great workers and great company!!!

I met Adam and Frank — they were professional, highly communicative, detail-oriented, and flexible with multiple solutions. Interactive gates and security build for me and my family a custom automatic gate Thank you very much for great customer service and great result

Contacted Adam for a quote and he was out here within a week. Of the three quotes his was middle of the road and he was the most responsive of the companies that responded to my request for bid. Adam was easy to work with, and he and his team worked quickly. The work: (1) repair about a 15-20ft section of our 6ft chain link that was the victim of a fallen tree. (2) replace about a 40ft section of chicken wire fencing with chainlink. (3) update the automation on our gate with new sensor and keypad. It all took about 1 week to complete and another week or so for the gate because he was waiting for a part. Another aspect of level of service that sets businesses apart is communication, and Adam is responsive. I'd highly recommend.

We had an exceptional experience working with the team at Interactive Gates. Besides the fact their work was top notch, they were very attentive, thorough, and extremely friendly. They were willing to work with OUR schedule and accommodate OUR specific needs. Needless to say we are ecstatic with our new gate and would recommend them in a heartbeat

I honestly cant say enough about Interactive Gates and Security! I’m from lake Oswego in Portland , and I needed a new motor installed on my gate. From the moment I called, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The technician, Leo, showed up exactly when he said he would — even though it was a same-day installation, he had everything ready and knew exactly what to do. At first I was nervous because I’ve had issues with gate motors before, but Leo quickly diagnosed the problem and had the new motor up and running in just a few hours. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were…

I am truly grateful for that automatic gate installation that Adam and interactive gates did for us. After the years of open and exposed driveway, finally, we had a confident to move forward with Adam. My gate had been unused for almost half a decade and was making a terrible noise every time we used it. We reached out to Interactive Gates and they were able to quickly identify the issues and repair them. They replaced the wheels, rollers and had let me know my gate was missing several safety features that put my gate out of code which was greatly appreciated. Now my gate is whisper quiet and I have extra piece of mind it's as safe as can be.Price was very reasonably and the crew were all very polite, answered any questions I had and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Overall a great experience.

I would hundred percent recommend this guy to anyone who's looking to get a nice gate built for their house. It provides a good contrast to my neighborhood and I am very excited to use it.

My old pedestrian gate had gotten so rusty that it was literally on the verge of falling apart. I contacted Interactive Gates and Security to come take a look, and I was honestly impressed from the very first moment. They came out the very next day, right on time, and walked me through exactly what had caused the damage and—more importantly—what could be done to prevent it from happening again in the future. Their explanation was clear, detailed, and very professional, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. I decided to replace the old gate with a brand-new pedestrian gate, and I…

Interactive Gates & securities are awesome! The prices are very good, I got 4 bids and they were the most valuable and detailed. They came fast and made the good job. Installed a full iron, swing gate for my house and me, and my family are pleased. The dogs are in, and my kids are safe. It’s all connected to my smart Phone, and can’t control easily. The gate quality day delivered is more than I expected. Thank You.

We’d had a metal gate for a few years, but something about it always felt unfinished. The look wasn’t complete, the design didn’t match the house the way we wanted, and every time we pulled into the driveway we kept saying, one day we’ll fix this. Eventually we decided it was time to actually do something about it. So we called Interactive Gates and Security. They surprised us right from the beginning — they came out the very next day, exactly at the time they said they would. No rescheduling, no excuses, just on-time and ready to help. We walked through different ideas together, and they…
