Incredibly happy with the work of the Interactive Gates team. Shopping around the electric gate installation market was initially much more challenging than I expected. Representing a large Homeowner's Association here in Bellevue, our main criteria was a reliable, experienced company that would do the job properly. What we got was that and much more. The team was responsive, efficient, and paid tremendous attention to detail. The final product was a durable, high-quality, multi-purpose electric gate that will be used hundreds of times per day and last us decades. If I were to do this all over again, I'd go with these guys from the start and save myself some headache. Great experience.

My partner and I just got done building our dream home in Sammamish and we needed an automated gate to secure it. After getting 4 bids I chose Interactive Gates & Security -- you're gonna want to give them a ring on your project too, trust me. Of course, the money was right and I liked all the positive reviews they had on Google. Plus, their portfolio of work was really high-end. My gate had been unused for almost half a decade and was making a terrible noise every time we used it. We reached out to Interactive Gates and they were able to quickly identify the issues and repair them. They replaced the wheels, rollers and had let me know my gate was missing several safety features that put my gate out of code which was greatly appreciated. Now my gate is whisper quiet and I have extra piece of mind it's as safe as can be. Price was very reasonably and the crew were all very polite, answered any questions I had and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Overall a great experience.
