We reached out to Interactive Gates and they were able to quickly identify the issues and repair them. They replaced the wheels, rollers and had let me know my gate was missing several safety features that put my gate out of code which was greatly appreciated. Now my gate is whisper quiet and I have extra piece of mind it's as safe as can be.Price was very reasonably and the crew were all very polite, answered any questions I had and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I always thought it is a headache to replace until I met this great company. I chose them after getting 4 quotes. They were the most accurate, fair price and comfortable to work with. They have a metal shop and customizing the gates. I got a beautiful double swing gate with automated system. Highly appreciated!!

Of course, the money was right and I liked all the positive reviews they had on Google. Plus, their portfolio of work was really high-end. Incredibly happy with the work of the Interactive Gates team. Shopping around the electric gate installation market was initially much more challenging than I expected. Representing a large Homeowner's Association here in Bellevue, our main criteria was a reliable, experienced company that would do the job properly. What we got was that and much more. The team was responsive, efficient, and paid tremendous attention to detail. The final product was a durable, high-quality, multi-purpose electric gate that will be used hundreds of times per day and last us decades.
