My gate had been unused for almost half a decade and was making a terrible noise every time we used it. We reached out to Interactive Gates and they were able to quickly identify the issues and repair them. They replaced the wheels, rollers and had let me know my gate was missing several safety features that put my gate out of code which was greatly appreciated.
