They replaced the wheels, rollers and had let me know my gate was missing several safety features that put my gate out of code which was greatly appreciated. Now my gate is whisper quiet and I have extra piece of mind it's as safe as can be.Price was very reasonably and the crew were all very polite, answered any questions I had and kept me in the loop every step of the way. My partner and I just got done building our dream home in Sammamish and we needed an automated gate to secure it. After getting 4 bids I chose Interactive Gates & Security -- you're gonna want to give them a ring on your project too, trust me. Of course, the money was right and I liked all the positive reviews they had on Google. Plus, their portfolio of work was really high-end. But more than anything they had really solid customer service. They got back to me FAST! And after I awarded them the job they did their work fast. But not fast sloppy. They're fast organized. The whole experience felt good, and that means a lot to me and my family because getting this house just right has been a big deal for us. Their team finished an automated gate, keypad, remote controls with app in 14 days. Plus, they were actually under my budget even with the name brand LiftMaster equipment. I'm so happy with the custom design they created for us, the combination of iron and wood really fits the aesthetic of the neighborhood. My partner and I love it.
